Sessions, in person:

Welcome: sessions, in person; in Utrecht

at the Loeff Berchmakerstraat 5 B, 3512 TC.

The studio is located a 10-minute walk from Utrecht Central Station.
Parking: a 7-minute walk away, at Hopakker or in the nearby parking garage in Kroonstraat. For €6 / day you can park at one of Utrecht's transferium locations, including public transport to Neude / Loeff Berchmakerstraat.

Adult: € 80 / session (1 hour, excl. VAT)*

Parent & child, under the age of 16:

€ 70 / session (1 hour, excl. VAT)*

Online sessions:

Online IFS sessions are also possible,

via Zoom.

Walk & Talk coaching:

For anyone who'd like to combine a coaching session with movement in the outdoors.
Movement can can be helpful to keep the inner process flowing.
Walking in nature, in the area around Utrecht and Culemborg.
Especially for all parts that love movement ; )

€ 80 / session of 1 hour (+/- 3 miles)*

€ 100 / session of 2 hours (+/- 6 miles)*

Therapy and music:

You don't need to have any experience with musical instruments or with your singing voice. I am happy to support you during the musical process, so that you can express the parts in an intuitive way.

These sessions are only possible live, at the studio in Utrecht: Loeff Berchmakerstraat.

IFS-session: approximately 45 minutes followed by +/- 20 minutes of musical expression

€ 80 / session*

*The above-mentioned prices are excluding VAT; 21% VAT is charged per invoice.

* Most employers reimburse this form of coaching in full or in part.

*In most cases, the VAT is also tax-deductible if you are self-employed.

*Cancelling is possible within 48 hours, otherwise €65 will be charged.
